1. Pay Special Attention To The Eyebrow Area
The first step to creating eyes that pop is to have a well maintained eyebrow area. First, use a small brush sweeping in an upwards motion, and then trim any excess. After that, tweeze or wax the perfect arch for your face shape.
If you are unsure how to create the best arch, just be sure to make the highest point over the center of your eyes. This will create the illusion that your eye is bigger.
Use an eyebrow pencil or some shadow to add color to your eyebrows. You can also use a light color on the area just beneath the eyebrows to create an even bigger look. If you have pale skin, you can use white, silver, or a translucent shimmer powder. If your skin is darker, you can choose gold, bronze, or a light brown.

2. Don’t Forget The Mascara
Mascara does wonders for the eyes, truly making them stand out. Some say that if you only wish to use one cosmetic, mascara is a great choice. You want to use a good deal of mascara, but not all at once so that you do not get clumps.
Add a thin layer first, and once it has dried add a second coat, and then a third. You can either go for more curl, or more length. Curing your eyelashes is a great way to make your eye area really stand out.

3. Use Eye Shadow To Make Your Eyes Stand Out
You can use eye shadow in order to make your eyes stand out really well. Here is one technique you can use:
First, add some light eye shadow to the upper eyelid area. Choose a color such as light brown, gold, or silver. This will make your eye area sparkle in the light and will make your eyes look bright and beautiful. After that, choose a darker color to add to the crease area. That will make your eyes pop.
Be sure to choose colors that contrast well with the color of your eyes. Using eye shadow that is the same color as your eyes will only wash the color of your eyes out.
4. Use Eyeliner To Further Widen The Eye Area
Eyeliner is the last piece of the puzzle when it comes to making your eyes look beautiful and bright. Just be sure to apply it the right way.
Begin about one quarter of your eye width from the middle, and trace outward. If you are skillful with eyeliner, you can wing it out a bit. Be sure not to start at the inside corner. Instead, dab a bit of bright or shimmery eye shadow there to further open the eye area.
