3. Stability Ball
Stability balls can be used for exercises designed specifically for them, as an accessory to your stretching routine, or to develop your balance by using it as a weight bench when doing your hand weight exercise routines. Your core strength is improved when you lie across, or sit on a stability ball, as you are working all of the core muscles in your efforts to support your body on the ball.
A stability ball regularly incorporated into your workouts will help improve posture, strengthen the spine (which also helps to reduce the occurrence of back pain), and increase the definition in your abs.
4. Exercise Bands
Exercise bands are available in a wide range of resistance levels – making them perfect for complete beginners to advanced veterans. The resistance levels are usually represented via different colors, making it easy to determine the exact level of resistance for your exercise types, and your level of experience.
The rubberized resistance works on your muscles in the same way as weights but the bands are easy to store and make excellent traveling accessories.
