While many may think Pilates is slow and won’t help you lose weight, it’s actually a great way to stay fit! Pilates classes help you stay toned and many of the positions help you exercise your major muscles including your abs.

Running or walking is a great exercise and most of all, it can be low-cost or free. Anyone can put on a pair of running shoes and go to a park or around their neighborhood.
Running helps increase your heart rate and help you sweat and burn calories. Even moderate walking three times a week has been shown to help improve your health and keep your weight in check.
If you get bored from walking or going to the gym, then you should try taking classes, like kickboxing. Kickboxing can be a great way to stay in shape (and let out some frustrations). You get to use both your upper and lower body, plus you’ll learn basics of defending yourself.
