Your nails are built from a protein called keratin, and eggs are a great source of protein so it helps promote the formation of keratin. Eggs also contain plenty of vitamin A, vitamin E and calcium – all of which important to nail health.
What’s more, the B vitamin biotin is found in egg yolks, and it’s been shown to help revitalize dry, brittle nails.

For a healthy boost of omega-3 fats, sprinkle some nuts into your morning cereal or on top of a salad.
