You should set an appointment with your doctor to find out whether or not you are potentially at risk for having a heart attack at some point. Your doctor will be able to help you to determine this through preventative health screenings.
Your cholesterol levels should be checked as early as the age of 18, and if your doctor thinks it is necessary, you should also have your blood pressure monitored on a regular basis.
