To get rid of the toxins you already have in your body, be sure to drink lots of water every day.
6. Care For Your Skin
Use an external skin treatment, such as a coffee scrub, twice a week to help stimulate circulation and reduce visible signs of cellulite.
To use one of these treatments, begin by getting the affected area of skin wet under the shower. Turn the water off, spend a few minutes rubbing the coffee scrub or other treatment into the skin, and then rinse the scrub off.

There are herbs that can help improve the appearance of cellulite. For example, dandelion leaves help the body expel toxins and reduce its retention of fluids. You can use dandelion leaves to make tea, put them in salads, or add them to fresh juices.
