1. Make Love
There’s no getting around it – you are more than likely not going to feel up to the task – but making love after a night of revelry is going to do your body some good.

2. Take Some Multivitamins
Alcohol in excess will deplete your reserves of vitamins A, B, and C so a few multivitamins before a session at the local bar will bulk up your reserves and relieve some of the symptoms of the hangover.

3. Slow Down
Keep tabs on your drinking and make sure you aren’t having any more than 1 standard drink per hour. Most people’s bodies will have no trouble processing this amount of alcohol in this time frame.
