1. A Cup Of Ginger Tea
One of the strongest proven natural cures for heartburn is by using small amounts of ginger.
To alleviate your heartburn fast, drink a cup of warm ginger tea. The ginger will help to absorb the stomach acid, which causes the pain and discomfort.

A great natural antacid is baking soda (Also known as sodium bicarbonate), which is readily available and cheap. It is also one of the oldest and best known home cures for bad heartburn.
Baking soda acts very rapidly by neutralizing excess stomach acid, which can give very rapid relief from all heartburn.
Whatever you do though, do not drink the baking soda on its own. You need to add half a teaspoon of baking soda to half a cup of warm water, along with a few drops of lemon juice and then stir well before drinking it.
4. Try A Little Apple Cider Vinegar
Whilst heartburn is commonly caused by too much acidity, inadequate acidity can also be the cause of it.
It’s worth trying apple cider vinegar when you experience heartburn alongside a sour stomach and having a feeling of fullness.
To use it, mix in a teaspoon of unfiltered apple cider vinegar into half a cup of warm water, and then sip it along with food at mealtimes.
5. Drink Chamomile Tea
An easy cure for heartburn is to drink chamomile tea, which can be used to help neutralize excess stomach acid. You can also drink some chamomile tea to help relieve stress.
6. Eat An Apple A Day
Eat an apple every day to get an ongoing relief from pain and eliminate heartburn easily.

7. Try Mustard!
