Having sex on a regular basis is a good way to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
In fact, by having sex regularly (at least once a week), the intercourse itself will actually cause your menstrual cycles and ovulation to become more regular, and this can help you get pregnant much more quickly.

3. Make Love On The Correct Days
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, you need to outline when your “fertility window” actually occurs each month. Once you understand this, it can help you get pregnant, or at least increase the probability that it may occur.
Get a calendar out, and mark the first day of your period. Then, calculate the number of days until the next one. About 14 days prior to your period, ovulation will begin. This is when the fertility window will start, roughly 5 days prior to the time of ovulation.
Don’t worry about missing this window of opportunity as it will occur the following month as well.
4. Men’s Health And Pregnancies
There is a significant chance that the man may actually be the reason you are not getting pregnant. If he does not have a high enough sperm count, the possibility of getting pregnant will be quite low, if not non-existent.
If he drinks a lot of alcohol, or smokes cigarettes on a regular basis, his sperm production and motility (the ability of sperm to swim) can actually diminish, and thus the possibility of a pregnancy is even lower yet.
