I bet you’ve got a kite that’s been in your garage for years. If not, a new one is really inexpensive. The next windy day, head out to the park together and go fly a kite!
8. Have A Picnic
Sandwiches at the kitchen table are boring, but sandwiches on a blanket in the park are fun! Watch the people pass by and talk about the week that’s passed or your plans for the week to come. Then take a nap in the sun.
9. Whipping Up A Sweet Treat Together
Baking isn’t too hard, and there are a lot of things you can make with ingredients you’ve already got in your kitchen. Go online and find a recipe for peanut butter or oatmeal cookies and spend the afternoon whipping up a few batches together.
Later, you can watch a favorite movie together while munching on your home-made treats.
10. Send Him On a Scavenger Hunt
This one takes a little forethought and planning, but the rewards are so worth it! Create your own scavenger hunt for your date, with some sort of really special surprise at the end (a picnic lunch or a love letter you’ve written are both good ideas).
