You can always be ready for this home remedy by keeping a couple spoons in the freezer.

Tea bags are another great home remedy for puffy eyes. Chamomile tea works well, but any type of tea will do.
Simply use two tea bags to brew a cup of tea. After the bag has cooled a bit, place them on your eyelid for approximately ten minutes.

3. Cotton Pads And Ice Water
This is a quick and easy home remedy for puffy eyes. If you don’t have cotton pads, you can use cotton balls or a washcloth.
Keep dipping the pads and making them cold again for up to 15 minutes. The cold temperature will bring down the swelling in the area, making your eyes look less puffy.
4. Cucumber Slices
Believe it or not, cucumber slices actually do work as a home remedy for puffy eyes. Cut a couple slices and put them on your eye area for around 15 minutes to take advantage of the natural anti-inflammatory nature of cucumber.
5. A Good Night’s Sleep Will Do Wonders
